SIESTA BAR
"Siesta" means a brief nap in the afternoon, usually after lunch. This sleep period is a tradition in some Mediterranean countries.In a playful way, the name was chosen for a casual and energetic happy(iest) hour bar inspired by the Mediterranean culture, focusing on the countries of Spain, Greece, Italy and Morocco. A lot of untreated stones and wood were utilized, along with intimate lighting. The idea was to be inspired by the "every day" culture of those countries. The diverse menu consists of tapas inspired by all the corners of the Mediterranean Basin. In addition, the world class wines, beers and spirits are beautifully complemented by signature cocktails.
